We aim to provide services professionally and work toward the objectives agreed with the client. However, we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads or enquiries.

• A guaranteed return on advertising spend.

• Domain names, hosting, premium themes, plugins, and other third-party costs may be charged separately.
• Additional features or major revisions outside the agreed scope may involve extra charges.
• Website maintenance, security monitoring, updates, and ongoing support are included only if agreed separately or specified in the proposal.
• Final delivery, handover, and ownership arrangements will follow the relevant project agreement.

Clients are responsible for maintaining access credentials securely after handover.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of the materials they provide, subject to any rights held by third parties.

Ownership and permitted use of custom designs, website content, creatives, reports, and other project deliverables will be governed by the relevant service agreement and payment terms.
